Three evidence-based methods and one introductory — schema therapy, DBT, IFS and transactional analysis. Structured protocols, practical assignments, AI mentor.
Most services offer everything at once — and never complete a single protocol
Choose the one that matches your need
An introductory method for working with emotions — helps you understand your emotional reactions through the ego-state model (Parent, Adult, Child). Not classified as a clinically evidence-based method, but serves as a good entry point for those just beginning to explore themselves.
Open @whisper_ta_bot →Working with early maladaptive schemas — stable beliefs about yourself and the world formed in childhood. Effective for chronic burnout, self-esteem issues and complex relationship patterns.
Open @whisper_schema_bot →Dialectical Behavior Therapy: mindfulness skills, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectiveness. Works with acute anxiety, impulsivity and emotional instability.
Open @whisper_dbt_bot →Working with personality "parts" — Managers, Firefighters and Exiles. The method helps establish dialogue between inner sub-personalities and restore connection with the Self — the calm core that exists in everyone.
Open @whisper_ifs_bot →An 8–12 session protocol adapted for self-guided work
A short questionnaire identifies your dominant schemas or patterns. AI recommends a method.
You choose one of three approaches for your need — anxiety, relationships, burnout.
8–12 structured sessions with theory, techniques and progress tracking.
After each session — a real-life assignment. Your AI mentor reviews it and gives feedback.
Schema therapy, DBT and IFS are evidence-based methods. TA is an introductory framework.
TA is not listed in evidence-based method registries (APA, NICE). It is a conceptual framework for understanding emotions and interpersonal patterns — useful as a starting point, but not a substitute for clinically validated methods.
Developed by Jeffrey Young (Young 1990, 2003). Recommended by the International Society of Schema Therapy (ISST). Clinically validated for personality disorders and chronic depression.
Linehan (1993) — included in NICE (UK) and APA guidelines. The only therapy with RCT evidence for emotional dysregulation and suicidal risk.
Schwartz (1995, 2021) — recognized by SAMHSA (USA) as an evidence-based practice. Over 30 RCT studies; effective for PTSD, depression, anxiety and eating disorders.
